Damaged products: If your items comes to you damaged. Which is understandable, because the body oils, as an example, are in GLASS dropper bottles. You have 2 DAYS to report any type of damage. So, we can do our best to accommodate you. We do understand things can happen during transit and we want you to be satisfied with your order!

Incorrect order received: If this does happen, you have 2 DAYS to report this. So, we can do our best to accommodate you and give you that true Glow Goddess experience!
