RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any reason. Such as: changing your mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item. These are skincare products, which means there is a health risk and we cannot resell the item.
Damaged products: If your items comes to you damaged. Which is understandable, because the body oils, as an example, are in GLASS dropper bottles. You have 2 DAYSΒ to report any type of damage. So, we can do our best to accommodate you. We do understand things can happen during transit and we want you to be satisfied with your order!
Incorrect order received: If this does happen, you have 2 DAYSΒ to report this. So, we can do our best to accommodate you and give you that true Glow Goddess experience!
We reserve the right to make changes to our no return policy at any time. We will communicate any updates to our policy through our website, customer notifications, or other appropriate channels to ensure transparency and awareness among our customers.
FRAUDULENT ORDERS POLICY:Β These are transactions placed under false pretenses or using stolen information, often involving:

Pattern Recognition: Orders that fit a pattern of suspicious behavior, such as multiple orders placed within a short period using similar information or unusual purchasing patterns.
We monitor any type of out of the ordinary transaction.Β If anything comes up as suspect. We will investigate the situation and take appropriate action.Β
Customers that are involved in fraudulent activity, such as charge backs. Can face the consequences of account termination. We reserve the right to take legal action against such customers. Customers are required to be cooperative towards the investigation. Failure to cooperate may result in further action.
